Processed cheese, creamy, with a mild or tangy taste, pleasantly aromatic. It is obtained by mixing sheep’s milk cheese, goat’s milk cheese and sheep’s milk ricotta cheese. It goes well with crackers or carasau bread and is excellent for preparing snacks and side dishes or adding flavour to food.
